Week 2: 7/23/2019: 5:30 am wake up call.

I am finding it very difficult to complete all the work outs I need to, especially after a long day of camp. I know that it will make me fill better if I just come home and go straight to the work out, but I have been feeling so tired lately. The heat last week 7/16-7/20 was reaching 106 almost everyday, which might have played a factor in me being super tired- along with the 20 or so children I hang out with everyday. I was able to bike inside one day and run every day for at least 20-30 minutes before I had to stop in case of heat stroke. Chicago needs to get itself figured out.. -50 in the winter and 106 in the summer, is there a happy medium!

Anyways, last week was tough but this week I am determined to get it right and stick with the work outs! Each week is an opportunity to start a new, I find that I need to be dedicated to my work out starting Monday or I will make excuses the rest of the week. This week I woke up at 5:30 to do my 30 min bike and 15 min run. Honestly, I am already feeling like I have more energy today than I did any day last week. I know it can be hard to wake up every day but I need to remind myself how good I feel and how much it is worth it. I will continue to remind myself how good I feel and that I need to keep up with these work outs. Until tomorrow!!
